First Fruit Ministries breaks the bondage of homelessness and poverty by responsibly sowing Godly love and material resources. Their vision is to help others experience the freedom of becoming who they were created to be: productive and healthy members of our community. Here, lives are transformed through the Wilmington Dream Center transitional housing for women and children, a men's mentorship program, street outreaches, food distribution, an adopt-a-block program and an urban ministry training program.  First Fruit's gospel-centered ministry is highly effective with over 89% of graduates of the Wilmington Dream Center becoming self sufficient.
