Our Children’s Ministry aims to support parents in training their children to become mature and equipped followers of Jesus Christ.  Here you’ll find a place where children grow deeper in biblical literacy and parents find resources for reaching the next generation of our church.
"But as for you, continue in what you have learned and have become convinced of, because you know those from whom you learned it, and how from infancy you have known the holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus."

- 2 Timothy 3:14-15

6 Milestones of Maturity

As each child goes through the stages of growth in Christ, CCC wants to be there.  Parents can partner with CCC to experience the 6 Milestones of Maturity with their kids and other families. We have attached the outline for you to look at later, but we can quickly summarize what we hope to do. First, we begin with baptism. The first step of any Christian. The next milestone is a faith commitment as kids take our Kids in the Pew preparing them to worship with us. Then, kids join the church as Communing Members as they go through a theology class and then take their first communion. As kids enter Middles school, they take the first steps of serving the church ending with a mission trip. Then in high school, kids get assigned a ministry team and CCC.

Sprouts is where it all begins.  Our goal is far more than just childcare on Sunday mornings; in everything we do - from rocking tiny babies to leading 4 year olds in song - we are intentional about teaching our children the whole counsel of God.

What Can You Expect?
We have a separate age-specific rooms.  In each one, security and safety are critical.  Both caring trained staff and volunteer parents serve in these rooms each week and will get to know your child to help them feel secure when you leave.

We use the Show Me Jesus curriculum, a well-grounded curricula that is committed to teaching the Bible in its entirety.  In addition, we begin teaching the First Catechism in our two year old classroom.

The Treehouse

(Kindergarten – 5th Grade)

Our discipleship training continues in K-5, where we begin each Sunday morning with corporate worship; the children then go on to their grade-level classrooms where we provide hands-on opportunities for each child to grasp and memorize God’s Word.
